Die o.a. Anforderungen sind Mindestanforderungen, d.h. sie setzen eine überdurchschnittliche Trainings- und Lehrgangsbeteiligung voraus. Die Dojoleitung entscheidet über die Zulassung, im deinem besten Interesse und mit dem Ziel, dir eine erfolgreiche Passage zu ermöglichen.

Preparation

• Self-reliant grading preparation is expected, e.g. by practising with fellow candidates outside regular classes
• If you have not already done so, sign up for a membership with the Aikido Föderation Deutschland in good time before the passage. In addition to the dojo’s mudansha book, bring the federation’s passport to the passage.

Order of the Passage

IMPORTANT: Make sure that your uke has the bokken ready when lining up!

• Selection of techniques from the curriculum
• Buki waza :
  • Bokken drawing (nuki) and sheathing (noto)
  • Suburi 1-3
  • Shihogiri

Each technique is shown in omote and ura alternatingly (where applicable).

‘Kotai’ (role reversal) may be called at any time.
